Day #7: Desert nights are cold. So was the pool.
We hit the road to the west and drove through the impressive desert of the Anza-Borrego state park.
The scenery was breathtaking.
We had to cross two passes on our way to the west coast.
The Pacific Ocean! This is the pier in Ocean Beach on the northern coast of San Diego.
